Messaging (optional)
Customer SMS and email are optional — switch either on or off in your garage settings. Sending uses prepaid account credits from your plan (1 credit = £0.01). Top-up packs are available when you need more.
UK SMS (+44)
£0.08 / segment
8 credits per standard UK mobile segment (about 160 GSM characters). Longer texts use more segments.
International destinations may use different credit amounts. Most garages text UK mobiles.
£0.0015 / email
0.1463 credits per outbound customer email (same credit wallet as SMS).
Charged from your prepaid messaging credits when email is enabled.
Branded From (optional)

Send from your own domain (e.g. bookings@yourgarage.co.uk) when you enable private From. Platform From addresses stay free.
Available on plans that allow custom-domain email. DNS setup required; turn off anytime.
Included monthly credits reset each billing period; unused plan credits do not roll over. Wallet top-ups do.
Job media storage
Each plan includes private job media storage (damage, progress, and completion photos/videos). Allowance is shown on the cards above. Usage above that is billed from the same prepaid messaging credits.

Overage
1 credit / GB / day
1 credit per day for every 1 GB (or part thereof) over your plan allowance (about £0.30 / GB / month at 1 credit = £0.01). Debited daily from your shared credit balance.
Active workshop jobs are protected from auto-delete retention until collected or cancelled (or until media is at least 30 days old).
All plans include tenant-scoped staff access and private job photo & video storage. Messaging credits are optional — use SMS, email, both, or neither. Growth and above add white-label branding, margin shields, and printable QR guest slips. Upgrade or downgrade as your customer volume changes.
